Mahanadu passes resolution on NTR

Bharat Ratna for NTR is not a new demand and we hear the demand many times. Once again it surfaced on the 92nd birth anniversary of the legendary actor.
After paying homage to his father at NTR ghat, Nandamuri Hari Krishna spoke to media and demanded Bharata Ratrna for NTR.. He said " Telugu peoples honour and pride NTR will reign forever. I demand Bharat Ratna for NTR on behalf of everyone. I pray that my father's dreams for the welfare of Telugu people get fulfilled. "
Meanwhile AP CM N.Chandrababu Naidu also reiterated his demand for the conferment of Bharat Ratna to N.T.Rama Rao. Naidu today demanded that the Centre confer posthumously the covetous “Bharat Ratna” award on Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao (NTR), who founded Telugu Desam party on this day in 1982 and brought laurels to honest politicians
Naidu also introduced a resolution at the ongoing TDP Mahanadu here today urging the centre to confer the award on the late legendary film personality and leader whose services to the Telugu people were significant.Earlier in the day, Naidu, Mr Balakrishna and members of their family visited NTR Ghat and offered floral tributes at the samadhi.
