Mahesh Babu ahead of Ram Charan! In What Way?
By: Tupaki Desk | 8 Jan 2014 2:19 PM GMTWe knew Ram Charan's stamina at Indian Box Office is phenominal and he is on par or even more than any of the Top Star in Tollywood when it comes to this aspect. However, things were quite different in the Overseas market.
In Overseas, Mahesh Babu's domination has been continuing since the past few years. Films like Khaleja, Dookudu and SVSC proved how much the NRIs love the T-town Prince. It was only Magadheera and Atharintiki Daredi which stood as the top grossers in Overseas when they hit the screens. Apparently, Mahesh has the habit of shattering past records in this territory and he seems to be on the mission again.
'1 - Nenokadine' has been releasing in 100+ screens with premier show ticket price of $25 & regular shows $18. It could break 'Atharintiki Daredi' record if it gets a good rating as reviews decide the fate of a movie here.
'Yevadu' releasing in 85+ screens with premier show ticket price of $18 and regular shows $15. Good Rating & terrific word of mouth alone could stop Mahesh's wave.
NRIs always prefer quality over star cast. Let's see which film among the two biggies would impress them this time.
