Make Visakha AP's Financial Capital: TDP MLA

For the past 10 days, A debate is happening on THE change of AP Capital Location from Amaravati after Minister Botsa Satyanarayana declared there is threat to Amaravati from floods. TDP, BJP and Jana Sena Leaders have been trying to raise the political heat making use of this confusion among the public.
Strong buzz projecting Donakonda as the new capital is in circulation. There were even proposal of having 4 capitals instead of just 1. Opposition Parties has already began making a hue & cry saying YCP is going to change the capital. In such a situation, Visakha North MLA Ganta Srinivasa Rao brought a new proposal. He demanded YCP Government to make Visakhapatnam a financial capital of AP.
The statement issued by Ganta pushed Telugu Desam Party into defence. TDP Leadership is clueless how to respond over the demand placed by party MLA. Does that mean TDP is prepared for the change of capital or decentralization of power rumoured to be planned by YCP Govt? Or If it's just a solo decision of the Senior Politician? Or Did Ganta violated party stand for personal gains?
Surely, YCP Government could use the statement issued by Ganta to its advantage. One wonders why the Former Minister placed any such demand when TDP was in power. There were serious allegations on Ganta in the past 3 years. He was accused of involvement in huge land scam in Visakha. Whether if Ganta is making an attempt to boost the real estate in Visakha for his own selfish deeds?
