Star Hero granted bail after 85 Days

Malayalam actor Dileep was granted bail by the Kerala High Court on Tuesday in connection with actress abduction and sexual assault case.
Dileep was denied bail for five times since his arrest on July 10th. While Angamaly Magistrate Court denied him bail twice, Kerala High Court rejected bail plea twice. Much to the relief of the actor, High Court approved bail in the fifth attempt. Dileep was directed to deposit Rs 1 lakh apart from two personal sureties and surrender his passport
A Popular Actress was kidnapped and sexually assaulted for two hours on February 17th this year. Cops nabbed Prime Accused Pulsar Suni & his gang members after days of search operation. Based on information disclosed during interrogation and other clues, Dileep was taken into custody following questioning for several hours.
Meanwhile, Cops questioned Director Nadirshah who is Dileep's Friend on Sunday. Dileep's wife Kavya Madhavan and Nadirshah filed anticipatory bail plea in the Keral High Court to avoid their arrest in the case.
