YSR Biopic: Malayalam Superstar in talks!

The trend of biopics has been picking up in Telugu Film Industry. While Savitri's biopic 'Mahanati' is nearing completion, Multiple NTR biopics have been in the pre-production stage. Even a biopic is being planned on the life of Pullela Gopichand. And now, There is news about YSR biopic likely to go on floors in the near future.
Director Mahi Raghav who made his debut with horror comedy 'Anando Brahma' has wrapped up the script work of YSR biopic. He is now planning to meet Jagan and other Members of YSR Family to obtain their consent. Official announcement could arrive only after getting the nod from Yuva Neta.
As per highly placed sources, Mammootty is being approached to reprise the role of YSR on screen. A fancy price has been offered to the Malayalam Superstar for this project.
From YSR's childhood to political entry, spirited fight as Opposition Leader, Record-breaking Padayatra, Getting hold of CM Chair twice, Appreciable Welfare & Development Schemes and Shocking Demise, Every crucial phase in the life of former Chief Minister of United AP will be covered in the biopic. If everything falls in place, YSR Biopic will hit the screens just weeks/months before 2019 Assembly Polls.
