Minister pledges to donate his Wealth to People

In times when People are looking at Politics as a profitable business, A Cabinet Minister pledged to use all of his net fortune for the well-being of common man.
Social Worker-cum-Politician Malladi Krishna Rao offered to donate all of his wealth for the welfare of the people. Except the house in which his family members live, He wants to auction his assets in the presence of people and use it for those people in the below poverty line. The proceedings of the auction will go to the Special Fund which will be offered for poor people who were unable to step out of their houses.
Malladi Krishna Rao served as Minister for Revenue, Civil Aviation, Tourism, Mines, Sports, Fisheries and Excise between the period 2006-2011. He is representing Yanam Assembly Constituency. None of his opponents have been able to get deposits in Yanam since 1996. Mr.Rao won twice as Independent and twice as Congress candidate in Assembly polls. He received Best MLA award twice from Lieutenant Governor and CM of Puducherry.
