Why PK Suddenly Landed In Kolkata Airport?

With Corona cases mounting and with the BJP getting at the throat of her government over non-performance, West Bengal CM Mamta Didi is quite worried. So, she sent an SOS to her poll strategist Prashant Kishore. PK as he is known, is advising Mamta on political and electoral strategies.
In fact, PK devised Banglar Garbo Mamta (Mamta is pride of Bengal) campaign for Mamta Didi but the campaign had to be called off all too suddenly due to Corona. So, PK left for Delhi, but Mamta sent him an SOS on Wednesday and he landed pronto in Kolkata airport. He is expected to advice Mamta on how to counter the belligerent BJP campaign. The TMC is under fire from the BJP over failure to conduct Corona tests and the complete flop of the PDS system in the state. The BJP is accusing the TMC of diverting the PDS rice to its party workers. The BJP also said that Mamta didi was shielding those who returned from Tableeghi Jamaat.
With the elections just round the corner, Mamta is worried about a resurgent BJP which is trying to capitalise on its mistakes. The BJP is also able to win the perception battle in West Bengal. It is to contain this that PK has been rushed in. Let's see what he can do and how he will turn around the fortunes of the TMC.
