Man cuts his tongue at Telangana Secretariat

Annoyed with the irresponsible behaviour of the officials, A 48-Year-Old Man slashed his own tongue at the Telangana secretariat.
At around 4 PM, Raja Chary who applied for Pension reached B Block of secretariat and slashed his tongue using a shaving blade. However, The tongue wasn't totally cut-off but suffered injuries which led to bleeding.
Security Personnel at the Secretariat rushed Raja Chary to the nearby hospital. Doctors said his condition is out of danger.
Raja Chary is a resident of Suraram colony in Jeedimetla. After suffering burn injuries, He applied for pension under the physically challenged category. To his misery, The pension application wasn't processed and he took the extreme measure to highlight his plight.
