Man Forcibly Kisses Girl At Railway Station

In a shocking incident, A Young Girl was subjected to sexual harassment at a Railway Station in metropolitan city in broad daylight. Unfortunately, None of the commuters waiting on the platform came to her rescue.
At 11.20 am on Thursday, A Girl in her early 20s was waiting for the local train at Turbhe railway station in Navi Mumbai. It's then a Man followed the Girl, grabbed her and kissed forcibly. She pushed him back in defence and picked up the bag which had fallen on the floor. The Victim got a rude shock when she turned back as she found the middle aged man who misbehaved with her leaving the spot casually.
A case under Section 354A of Indian Penal Code was registered against the Accused after the Girl filed a Police Complaint. Based on the CCTV Footage, The Accused (identified as Naresh Kurnashankar Joshi) was taken into custody. This 43-Year-Old is a resident of Ghansoli. He was handed over to Government Railway Police (GRP) in Vashi for further investigation.
