Man Gets A Current Bill Of Rs 80 Lakh Crores

With the ongoing pandemic, the current bills in some areas were doubled as some slab changes took place in these areas. This added more troubles to the middle class people who witnessed pay cuts in the salaries.
In the wake of this, a man received a huge bill of Rs 80 lakh crores as the current bill for this month which shock everyone. This shocking incident took place in the Singrowli district of Madhya Pradesh.
The house owner was spellbound after seeing the current bill and filed a complaint with the electricity department on the current bill. What's even shocking is that the complainant is alleging that the officers are not responding to his complaint.
The huge irregularities took place with the meters showing three months reading at a time and the change in th slabs is also a reason for the rapid growth of the current bills.
With this, some government came up with a plan to counter this and said that if the current bill is more than 10,000 they can pay it with the bills in EMIs and the excess amount will be adjusted in the coming months
