Man Chops His Hand And Roams In Village

In what it could be a shocker, a youth in Odisha chopped his arm and carried the cut hand in a cover and roamed in the village inculcating fear in the residents of the village.
This shocking incident took place in the Digapohandi area of the Ganjam District in Odhisha and the locals filed a complaint with the police and investigation is underway. He was immediately rushed to the local hospital for treatment.
The police identified the youth as Narendra who is 20 years old who hails from the B. Turubudi area of the district who chopped his hand and packed the hand in a cover and roamed in the area which frightened the locals.
It has been widely reported that the youth is suffering from some serious health issues which forced him to indulge in such a shocking incident. We might get more information once the police reveal the investigation report.
