Suspense over the constituency of Nara Lokesh for 2019 Assembly Polls continues. TDP Leadership has been contemplating on fielding Nara Lokesh in a constituency of AP Capital region.
Ganji Chiranjeevi is the in-charge of TDP in Mangalagiri Constituency. Though he is aspiring MLA Ticket in the upcoming polls, Leaders within the constituency has been opposing his leadership. Nara Lokesh might be preferred as candidate in place of Ganji Chiranjeevi.
In 2014 Polls, YCP Candidate Alla Ramakrishna Reddy emerged victorious in Mangalagiri Constituency. He became a thorn in the flesh of TDP Supremo with his legal battles against land dealings and cash-for-vote scandal involved by the State Government. As a result, TDP Leadership is determined to defeat Alla in Mangalagiri. Whether or not Chandrababu Naidu will face the risk of fielding Nara Lokesh against Alla Ramakrishna Reddy is a million dollar question. He might think about it seriously to hold the grip on the AP Capital region even if YCP forms the government.
