Manmohan Singh - President of Pakistan?

To everyone's shock, Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) has mistakenly used the name of Former Indian prime minister Manmohan Singh in place of existing president of the rival country.
Apparently, PIDE is holding its convocation on October 28th this year. On this occasion, The Institute has planned to invite Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain for the occasion.
However, PIDE Officials committed a big blunder here by printing the name of Manmohan Singh in the column that was supposed to be Mamnoon Hussain in the invitation. The damage has been done as the officials realized their mistake only after the invitations have been distributed to everyone.
