But this is true and this happened to a person in real life. A person contacted an owner to rent a house and he could not get a house on rent as he scored fewer marks in intermediate. Saying that he will give his house on a rent to a person who scored 90 marks the house owner said no to the tenant.
This happened in Bengaluru. A Twitter user who goes by the name Shubh said that his cousin could not get a house as he scored just 76 percent marks in Intermediate. He shared the WhatsApp chat between his cousin and a broker.
The house broker asked the person to share the required documents and LinkedIn profile. In response, the broker told the person that his application was turned down by the owner as he scored fewer marks in intermediate. This is the worst reason to get turned down by a house owner.
"Marks don't decide your future, but it definitely decides whether you get a flat in banglore or not," the Twitter user captioned his post. His tweet set Twitter on fire and people are shocked seeing how tough it is to get a house on rent in Bengaluru.
