No Early Polls Even If KCR Dissolves Assembly

Congress Leader Marri Shashidhar Reddy made it clear there is no possibility of Early Polls even if KCR dissolves Assembly.
Speaking to the media persons after meeting Chief Election Commissioner on Friday, He said: 'There are many technical hurdles for Early Polls to happen in Telangana. Election Commission lacked clarity over merger of 7 Mandals in AP after 2014 Elections. Home Ministry's orders is of no use, Amendment to the Constitution is the only option. Staff are yet to be trained for using VV-PAT Machines. So, There won't be Early Polls in December'.
At the same time, The 4-Time MLA told merger of 7 Mandals will have an impact on Telangana Constituencies. He believes Constitutional Amendment isn't needed as per Article 170 for delimitation of Constituencies.
Mr.Reddy complains TRS is in a hurry for Early Polls to capitalize on the fake entries in the Old Voter List. 'Until recently, KCR supported Jamili Elections. What is the need for Early Polls all of a sudden?,' he questioned.
