May 15th Deadline For Ravi Prakash

For reasons best known to him, Ravi Prakash hasn't presented himself before the Cyber Crime Police inspite of serving him notices under Section 160 of CrPC twice. And now, Cyberabad Cyber Crime Police served a notice to the Former CEO of ABCL under Section 41 CrPC. Which indicates, Ravi Prakash can be arrested without an order from Magistrate and sans warrant.
As per the fresh notice, Ravi Prakash will have to appear before the Investigating Officer before 11 am on May 15th. He will be taken into custody soon after knowing about his whereabouts if he doesn't attend the questioning session.
