Mayor's hubby turns land grabber, party fails to rein him in

Two TRS MLAs from Nizamabad are now suffering an incurable headache. The headache is not because of some rival politicians but from their own party man. The husband of Nizamabad mayor is now giving sleepless nights to these MLAs with his land-grabbing spree. The situation has come to such a pass that mayor's husband Sekhar entered into street-fight to grab 300 sq.yards of land in Sainagar of Nizamabad city.
Mayor Dandu Neetu's husband Sekhar's land-grabbing has become a major problem for the TRS. Former MP Kavitha Kalwakuntla too expressed her displeasure at his land-grabbing spree. She asked him to desist from such activities, but to no avail. Both the MLAs -Bajireddy Govardhan and Beegala Ganesh Gupta – too have chided Sekhar. Despite all these, it is alleged that Sekhar has not mended his ways.
Bajireddy Govardhan is also upset that his son-in-law Sampath's name has been dragged into the whole controversy. He has reportedly taken the issue to the notice of the party leadership. The high command too has taken a serious view and has reportedly warned Sekhar. But, TRS sources say that there is little change in Sekhar's attitude.
If sources are to be believed, even Mayor Dandu Neetu has told the high command that she has nothing to do with her husband's activities and left the decision on his activities to the high command. The MLAs too have said that the high command should take a call on the activities of Sekhar. The high command, sources say, will soon take action against him.
