MBA, B.Tech & M.Tech Passouts turn Constables

As many as 5.63 lakh aspirants applied for Constable Recruitment in Telangana State recently. Out of the candidates who got selected, About 1,462 are B.Tech pass outs, 895 have done PG, 243 completed MBA, 161 passed M.Tech, 103 cleared MCA, 100 pursued BEd, 47 have been from B.Pharmacy background and 5 did LLB. About 2,845 people who were selected are Degree pass outs.
Actually, The qualification required for Constable Job is just Intermediate. Due to the growing unemployment, More number of highly-qualified people have been applying for Constable posts.
On a positive note, Even some of the decisions taken by TRS Government has been prompting youngsters to join the police service. Telangana Chief Minister KCR increased the wages of Constables and Home Guards after the formation of TRS Government.
