Every day, Medicine Ball and a Stool have been used during the practice session. While the Medicine Ball is nothing but a heavy-weight leather ball, The stool has been used to make the bowler throw the ball to batsmen by standing on it for extra bounce.
After a day's break, Team India took part in net sessions at Saint Peters College Ground. Later, Players have been divided into two groups. While one of them left for Oval, The rest of the squad went to Adelaide for more practice. Vice Captain Virat Kohli came for these sessions wearing black dress. Tight security has been provided to ensure media doesn't disturb the focus of the players.
