Metro Rail Works Halted by Lord Ganesha

Hyderabad Metro Rail authorities are working day in and day out to complete the construction work to meet the December 2015 operation deadlines as per schedule. But lord Ganesha creating hurdles and halting their works.Major metro sites will witness a temporary halt in the construction process to give way for the upcoming Ganesh immersion processions and the orders were passed officially.
Chief secretary on Tuesday conducted a special meeting with all officials and as per reports Special Task Force head Rajeev Sharma asked the 'Hyderabad Metro Rail' and 'L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad' officials to remove the construction material from all the major areas such as M.J Market, Khairtabad and Panjagutta The construction will resume post the conclusion of 11-day festival.
This year Ganesh festival is said to be in very grand manner in twin cities. The famous 59-feet Khairatabad Ganesha this year will be in the style of Thrishaktimaya Moksha Ganapathi for the Ganesh Chathurthi. The Ganesha will be in a standing position, with goddesses Saraswati and Lakshmi.
