Centre Granted Y Category Security To Kangana Ranaut!
By: Tupaki Desk | 7 Sep 2020 12:20 PM GMTThe war of words between Bollywood Actress Kangana Ranaut and Shiv Sena leaders escalated quickly with Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Raut threatening the actress.
As a result, the Union ministry of home affairs (MHA) reportedly granted Y category security for the actress, home ministry sources said.
Without mentioning the granting of Y category security, Kangana Ranaut took to Micro-blogging site Twitter to thank Amit Shah and said she is thankful for Amit Shah. She Tweeted in Hindi.
"This shows that no one can crush a patriot in the country. I am thankful to Home Minister Amit Shah. If wanted he(mentioning Amit Shah) would have advised me to go to Mumbai later, but he respected India's daughter and considered my self-respect. Jai Hind," the Queen actress tweeted.
The verbal war between the parties kickstarted with Kangana Ranaut comparing Mumbai with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Sanjay Raut responded to this and termed the actress as "Haramkhor Ladki". Many actresses supported Kangana over the remarks.
The chief of the National Commission for Women, Rekha Sharma too extended her support and found fault with the MP using such language while terming women.
