A Michigan Couple sued Pokemon Go creator Niantic and his company alleging that the game has made their lives miserable.

Scott Dodich and Jayme Gotts Dodich say that Pokemon Go players has given them enough nightmares already. Players were assembling at the park near their residence in big numbers. On many occasions, Driveways were blocked with vehicles and lawns were trespassed by them. This leads to disturbance in the locality.

The Couple filed the lawsuit on grounds that Pokestops and Pokemon Gyms on/near public property comes under invasion of privacy. They want the Pokestop and Pokemon Gym to be removed from Wahby Park in St.Clair Shores.

Pokemon Go was launched in July this year. So far, More than 100 million downloads have been completed across the World.
