Minister And A Midnight Episode!

This is not a midnight masala type of episode.. but that doesn't mean it is less interesting. Yes.. the minister had a slip of tongue in the press meet. The result is that he had to watch midnight masala type of videos until midnight to understand his mistake. After observing those videos, he started damage control measures by releasing a press note on the midnight. You might be wondering who is this minister.. he is AP Minister Pydikondala Manikayala Rao.
Being the Endowments minister, it is not at all surprising that he has cordial relations with Save Temple brand ambassador. If they have a good relationship, it will not lead to any controversy. But the minister tried to show his sympathy towards Ghazal Srinivas after the singer's arrest. Manikyala Rao tried to support Ghazal Srinivas by saying that he knows him well since childhood and he is not a person who abuses women. He went on to say that Ghazal Srinivas sexual harassment case is just a conspiracy.
Surprisingly, Ghazal Srinivas was in neck deep trouble with the evidence against him surfaced in the media when Manikyala Rao has shown his sympathy. The videos were doing rounds in the social media by then. We don't know who suggested him, but he had to watch all the harassment videos. It seems he was scared that he will lose all his image if he doesn't give clarification on the issue immediately. It was already nearing midnight but the minister immediately released a press note saying that Ghazal he knows is different and the people like him should be punished. Somehow he washed off his hands from the episode. But netizens are laughing at him for the midnight press note
