Five Union Ministers resign! What's up?

As many as five Union Ministers have resigned since Thursday evening, hinting at the Cabinet Reshuffle which is likely gonna happen this Week. This include Water Resources Minister Uma Bharti, Union Minister of State for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Small and Medium Enterprises Minister Kalraj Mishra, Minister of state for water resources Sanjiv Baliyan and Minister of State for Human Resource Development Mahendra Nath Pandey.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to opt for last Cabinet Reshuffle before 2019 General Elections. While few Existing Ministers might lose their posts based on performance, Others might get a change in their portfolios. Few new faces will be inducted into the Cabinet from AIADMK, JD (U) and Poll-bound States.
Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari might get Railway Ministry. Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu may receive Urban Development or Defence Portfolio.
Cabinet Reshuffle could happen by September 2nd as PM Modi will go to China on 3rd of this Month for attending Brics Summit.
