Minor Gangraped By Six Men For A Week In AP

A Minor Girl was gangraped by Six Youth including three Minors for a week in Ongole Town, Andhra Pradesh. Cops nabbed four accused on Saturday and took the remaining two into custody on Sunday.
The Victim hailing from Guntur District reached Ongole Town on June 16th in search of a Youth who befriended him. While she was enquiring about her Friend, A Youth working in a mobile store came forward to help and raped her taking to a room. Thereafter, He let five other youth rape her. These Six Men continued to assault her sexually for six days at a stretch.
Finally, The Girl managed to escape from the clutches of her exploiters on Saturday and reached the bus station. A Cop who found her crying took her to the police station. That is when the harassment she has faced for almost a week has to light. Victim was shifted to RIMS Hospital in Ongole for medical examination and treatment.
Quickly, Special Teams were formed to trace the accused in the gangrape case. Four of the Accused are engineering students and three of them are minors. Case was booked under POCSO Act and sections related to gangrape of minor. AP Minister Balineni Srinivas Reddy assured stringent punishment to the accused.
