Sridevi Embalming Certificate: What's Wrong?

Sridevi's body was brought to Mumbai on Tuesday night upon completion of the Autopsy and Embalming in Dubai where she died by drowning in the bath tub.
Dubai Authorities took 2-3 days to release the mortal remains of Sridevi to Kapoor Family citing the procedure they have to follow in such cases. They made several tall claims about their stringent rules and its implementation. Whereas, Flaws have been identified in the two key certificates issued by them. There is a spelling mistake in the first certificate and an error was identified even in the Embalming Certificate.
In the Embalming Certificate, Dubai Health Ministry confirmed Sridevi died due to accidental drowning in the bath tub. It's been clearly mentioned that she isn't suffering from any diseases. The age of Sridevi was mentioned as 52. Actually, She breathed her last at the age of 54. What explanation does Dubai Authorities offer for this fault?
Mortal Remains of Sridevi were kept at the Celebration Sports Club in Mumbai from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. Funeral will happen at Vile Parle's crematorium at around 3.30 pm on Wednesday.
