Mithun Chakraborty's Son Accused Of Rape

A Bhojpuri Actress moved a court in Delhi accusing Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshay of raping & cheating her on the pretext of marriage. She informed the court about how she was forced to abort after becoming pregnant. The Complainant alleged Mithun's Wife & former Actress Yogita Bali threatened her with dire consequences if she continues to be in touch with her Son. Fearing for her life, She had even shifted her base to Delhi from Mumbai.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ekta Gauba opined prima facie suggest there was sufficient ground to file an FIR against Mahaakshay and Yogita Bali. The Court directed Cops to lodge a case and carry out the investigation.
In her petition, The Actress mentioned Mahaakshay had sexually exploited her in May 2015 by offering her a soft drink spiked with alcohol or stupefying substance. She complains Mahaakshay refused to marry her after raping her for four years.
