8 Weeks - Is that enough Chandrababu Naidu?

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu moved a quash petition in High Court against the order of ACB Court. HC Justice Raja Elango granted the interim stay on the Principal Special Judge's order for 8 weeks.
In his petition, Babu alleged Ramakrishna Reddy's sole intention is political vendetta. He told Mr.Reddy's version can't be taken into confidence as he is neither involved in the scam nor a witness. He also informed YCP MLA filed the petition after the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet by the ACB.
Mangalagiri MLA Ramakrishna Reddy wishes to approach Supreme Court against the stay order issued by High Court.
Telangana ACB detained TDP MLA Revanth Reddy on May 31st last year for trying to bribe TRS Anglo-Indian MLA Elvis Stephenson to the tune of Rs 5 crore seeking his vote during MLC Polls.
