MLA's Son crashes BMW into an Auto

A Son of Rajasthan Legislator rammed his BMW into an auto-rickshaw. This mishap which happened near Jaipur's St Xavier's School in the early hours of Saturday claimed the lives of three people.

Siddharth Maharia (S/O Sikar MLA Nand Kishore Maharia) crashed his swanky BNW 520d Sedan into an auto-rickshaw first and thereafter hit a PCR van of Ashok Nagar police station. This accident took place at 1.50 am when Siddharth and his cousin Jayant were on their way to their Jalupura house. The three persons in the auto died on spot and four cops were among the injured.

Cops booked a case under various sections against Siddharth Maharia. Both the people in the BMW were taken into custody soon after the incident.

Over-speed could be the major reason behind the deadly accident. This might be treated as a serious crime as it ruined the lives of many people.
