MLAs Poaching Case: High Court shocks Telangana Government!

The ruling party in Telangana is focused on the alleged MLAs' poaching case to prove that the saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party is behind the efforts to poach four MLAs to its side. The accused in the case are dubbed as the agents of the BJP by the ruling party and its efforts.
A special SIT was also formed by the government to probe the matter. Despite the accused saying that they have a few doubts about the SIT probe and that the CBI should probe the matter, the Telangana government said no to this and the SIT is probing the matter.
As another big blow to the Telangana government, the High Court said that the CBI should probe the matter. Hearing a bunch of petitions filed by the accused that they have no trust in the SIT probe and that the case should be investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
The High Court of Telangana not only ordered the transfer of the case to the CBI but also dissolved the SIT which is probing the matter, reports said. This should be seen as a big setback to the TRS government say the political experts.
As the alleged MLAs' poaching case popped up it gave a big chance for the TRS to target the BJP and the party leaders are not leaving any stone unturned to allege that BJP wants to destabilize the government which came to power in elections.
