MLAs Poaching Row: Apex Court Refuses Accused Petitions!

The alleged attempt to poach the MLAs of the ruling TRS is proving costly to the saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party. The TRS has been alleging that the BJP is behind the attempt. After arresting the accused the government formed a Special Investigation Team(SIT) to probe the matter.
Now the accused faced another big shock as the Supreme Court refused to entertain the bail petitions filed by them. The bench of the Supreme Court said there is no need for the Supreme's intervention in the case and directed the accused to file a review petition in the High Court.
Mentioning that the case is pending with the High Court of Telangana already, the Supreme Court bench said they can move the High Court with a review petition.
This is a new shock to the accused in the case as they have been fighting to get bail in the case. Earlier the High Court of Telangana refused to grant bail and also said no to the BJP's petition to hand over the case to the CBI for a fair probe.
On the other hand, the investigation of the case is going on at a good pace. The SIT is focusing on the travel details of the accused and a person who is said to have booked a ticket for one of the accused was grilled. The person is believed to be a relative of Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the chief of the BJP for Telangana.
On the other hand, BL Santosh of the Bharatiya Janata Party reportedly got protection from the court from getting arrested in the case. The SIT is not leaving any stone unturned to unearth the details in the sensational case.
