Modi Asked Her To Light Lamp, But This BJP Leader Fired Gun Shots
By: Tupaki Desk | 7 April 2020 11:48 AM ISTA small-time BJP leader landed in big trouble for her over-enthusiasm for her act on April 5. She is now running for cover even as the authorities slapped a case against her.
On April 5, the Prime Minister gave a call to the people of the country to light a lamp to show the citizens' firm resolve to fight Corona and observe lockdown. Greatly enthused by the response, Manju Tiwari, a local BJP leader from Balarampur in Uttar Pradesh fired revolver shots into the air. Not just that, she also got herself clicked with a gun in her hand and posted it on her social media accounts. Firing shots has now become controversial with the Opposition tagging her photo and demanding that Chief Minister Adityanath take action against her under fire arms act. The police since have slapped a case against her.
Now the BJP woman leader is alarmed. She has already apologised for her act and said she was carried away by the response of the people to PM's call. She has deleted her posts and is now pleading with the cops to scrap the cases against her.
