Modi gives priority to Telangana, AP in shock

Considering this idea central government is planning to have discussions with all states and Union Territories, As a the basic eligibility for this scheme union ministry is considering urban areas which has more than 40 lakh population.
After initial discussion with states there will be small changes in the plan. Its known to everyone that Modi ordered urban development ministry to go with smart cities and allocated 7060 crores given positive feel for people all over the country. People preparing to get the smart facilities in near time expressed happiness over Modi idea.
As per news from leading daily its confirmed that Telangana state got five places in this scheme. As per them Hyderabad, karimnagar, Warangal, Nizamabad and Nalgonda are in this list. On the other side AP state got only four berths in the scheme. The list comprises Guntur, Chitoor, Kurnool and Vijayawada. Seems Telangana took an edge over Andhra Pradesh open for another discussion. But Central government not released any official statement till now even after many requests from various states.
