Modi Kills TRS's Opportunity To Target Him and His Party!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Telangana visit turning sensitive is not new and almost every visit sees tense situations. When Modi visited the state to unveil the Statue of Equality posters asking the Prime Minister to take back the controversial decisions his government rolled out.
Yet again his Telangana tour turned controversial as protests erupted demanding Modi to go back as the protestors alleged that the union government wants to privatize the Singareni Collieries Company as the Vizag Steel Plant was proposed. A few people were arrested as a safety measure.
The Prime Minister visited Ramagundem and addressed the gathering there. He said that there is no truth in the news that Signareni will be privatized and no such proposal was made. He even gave a reason why the Singareni was not proposed.
Narendra Modi said that as the Telangana government holds 51 percent of the stake it cannot be privatised and the proposal for the same was not even made by the union government. His comments almost ended the issue.
The ruling TRS and the left parties have been targeting the BJP on the alleged proposal to privatise the Singareni company. Protests were held against this and demanded the Prime Minister change his mind.
Now the Prime Minister gave another path to the controversy and said that no such proposal was made. Political experts say that Narendra Modi killed an opportunity for TRS to target his government on the Singareni issue. TRS has been alleging that like how Vizag Steel Plant is privatized the same would be happening with Singareni.
