Modi Lists Incidents Where Congress Toppled Govts!

The Bharatiya Janata Party misused the law and toppled the governments in many states. This is the criticism the opposition party aims at the saffron party. As the Congress party is the victim in the majority of incidents, the grand old party often takes a dig at the union government.
As an interesting thing in Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit back at the Congress party and mentioned the incidents of Congress toppling the governments. He said that Congress toppled as many as 50 times in a few states.
Narendra Modi mentioned the incident of Pandit Nehru toppling the Communist government in Kerala as he doesn't like the government. Modi also mentioned the examples of Congress toppling the governments of MGR, and Karunanidhi. Sharad Pawar's govt was toppled too, the Prime Minister said.
The Indian Prime Minister also gave the example of change in power in combined Andhra Pradesh when TDP chief NTR was the Chief Minister. He said that when NTR went to the United States for treatment Congress toppled his government.
As the BJP is against dynasty politics, Narendra Modi asked why the Gandhi family will not keep the Nehru surname if he is really a great man. He asked why the family shies away from using the Nehru name.
"Some have problems with government schemes' names and Sanskrit words that we used to name them. I have read in a report that 600 govt schemes were in the Gandhi-Nehru family's name," the Prime Minister said.
