Modi offered more importance to KTR than KCR?

Media has found an interesting aspect during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ongoing Hyderabad tour. That's nothing but more importance given to KTR than KCR!
CM KCR, Governor and Cabinet Ministers went to Begumpet Airport to welcome PM Modi who arrived for inauguration of Hyderabad Metro Rail & Global Entrepreneurship Summit. CM introduced his cabinet colleagues to PM after the flight landed at the airport. Upon reaching Miyapur for the inauguration of Metro Rail, KCR attempted to get into Modi's vehicle for reaching Pylon but SPG Officials objected his move. Modi waited for 2-3 minutes to cut the ribbon in the presence of Telangana Urban Development Minister. After realizing KTR was standing beside him, PM asked the Minister to come near to him and then inaugurated Metro Rail.
After the inauguration of Metro Rail, KTR accompanied PM Modi and they both had a conversation during the journey. Whereas, KCR who sat beside Governor remained silent during the ride. All these developments gave an impression that Modi treated KTR specially but offered less preference to KCR.
