RS to be BJP's CM candidate in UP!

National Media is abuzz with the reports of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah were keen to declare Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh as BJP's Chief Minister candidate in poll bound Uttar Pradesh.
Reportedly, Narendra Modi and Amit Shah placed the proposal before Rajnath Singh during the budget session of Parliament. However, Mr.Singh wasn't keen on the offer and hence he hasn't given his consent so far.
However, A BJP Leader condemned the Media reports saying Rajnath Singh continues to remain as Union Home Minister.
A year ago, There is talk about BJP considering Smriti Irani's name for Chief Ministerial candidate in Uttar Pradesh. Whom among Rajnath Singh & Smriti Irani bags the opportunity?
