Modi will fail to achieve his target?

Even the latest political developments in the country had added strength to his claims. But in a surprise the exit polls revealed the strength of BJP party in the Kashmir state had shocked central party leaders.
Modi tried hard to achieve his target had announced Kashmir floods as national calamity and won Kashmiris hearts by providing on time support during floods. Every one expected his work will change BJP fate in the state. But exit polls predicting major development for BJP in state by giving second place after PDP leading. It's a question for BJP state leaders , whether central leaders will allow them to join hands with PDP which also playing opposition role since ten years. If not does the Modi effect will exists even after 5 years to compete freshly. Does the results will show a victory for BJP or not also a question for them.
