Subramanian Swamy predicted Narendra Modi mayn't be the Prime Minister if BJP settles for only 220 to 230 MP Seats in 2019 Polls. 'If BJP wins 220 to 230 seats and alliance partners of NDA win 30 seats, We have to obtain nearly 30 more seats to form the Government. Chances of other Alliance Partners backing Modi as PM looks bleak. Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik has openly said Modi don't deserve second term,' he reminds.
Asked if Nitin Gadkari could be a good alternative for Narendra Modi, Subramanian Swamy opined it's going to be wonderful if such a qualified and someone as good as NaMo becomes PM.
When quizzed if BSP which is fighting against BJP in Uttar Pradesh joins NDA after elections, Swamy didn't rule out such a possibility.
The BJP MP didn't hesitate to say his party would have settled for only 160 MP Seats if not for the Balakot Air Strikes.
