Indian pacer Mohammed Shami's Father breathed his last on Friday morning due to cardiac arrest.
On January 5th, Shami took to twitter to share that his Father has suffered a heart attack and treated in the ICU. Since then, He kept sharing updates about the health condition. On Jan 10th, Shami informed that the heart surgery was successful and his father was recovering well. Much to his shock, The elderly gentleman had a cardiac arrest in the early hours of Friday while undergoing treatment. May god give strength to Shami & his Family to handle this irreparable loss.
Mohammed Shami was ruled out of ODI & T20 series against England due to injury. He might be back in the squad for the test series against Australia.
