From few days there has been huge discussion about Censor officer Dhanalakshmi in film circuit who has become hard nut for many film makers. Sources say that she focuses more on showing her authority on film makers than delivering her duties efficiently.
Manchu family is best examples for Dhanalakshmi monopoly decisions. Nevertheless, none have dared to go against this lady officer.She has created troubles for Manchu Vishnu films Denikayina ready and Doosukelta.Bisinessman and Rachha also faced the ire of this ‘strict’ officer.
Now its the turn of Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma. The row over censor issues of Ram Gopal VarmaÂ’s Satya 2 is getting intensified with the directorÂ’s decision to take on censor board officer in the corridors of law.RGV issued a press release that he is going to file a criminal case against the censor officer for causing harassment, financial loss and using abusive language.RGV also clarified that he is not doing all these for publicity.
Even few industry biggies of Dhanalakshmi victims are supporting Ram Gopal Varma directly and indirectly.They are hoping atleast from now onwards she recognizes feelings of industry. It was roumored that Mohanbabu who is the main victim of Dhanalkshmi is pushing Varma from behind
