More Suspense In YS Avinash Reddy's Bail Saga!

All eyes are on the YS Vivekananda Reddy case to know what the High Court will decide on Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy's anticipatory bail as the court on Thursday said that the plea will be heard today. Another twist has hit the case as the wait continues in the MP's anticipatory bail saga.
Adding suspense to the case the High Court adjourned the case hearing to the fifth of June as the summer vacation of the court starts from tomorrow. The Court said that it cannot hear the arguments today and said the petition was postponed.
It has to be mentioned here that YS Avinash Reddy has been saying that the CBI is trying to wrongly frame him in the case and the agency is not considering the main facts. The other day he released a video and asked why the CBI is not focusing on YS Vivekananda Reddy's letter and mobile phone.
His lawyers said the same during the arguments that there is a possibility of Avinash Reddy's arrest and requested a hearing by a special court. The counsel also sought orders protecting Avinash Reddy for two weeks. But the court also refused the request.
Earlier the Supreme Court set aside the orders issued by the High Court and said that such orders will impact the case investigation. In this regard, the High Court did not give any orders giving protection to the MP.
