The novel coronavirus which was originated from the Wuhan province of China has left many countries infected. Let's have a look at some of the countries that were most affected by the virus.
Italy tops the list which has witnessed more than 21,000 cases in just five weeks. While the nation reported just 3 cases in the first week, at the end of the fifth week 21157 cases were registered due to the novel coronavirus.
Iran becomes the second most affected nation with COVID-19 which saw a rapid growth of the cases while only two cases were reported on the first week which increased to 12,729 by the fifth week,
Spain and France were in third and fourth positions respectively in the nations that were affected badly by the novel coronavirus. Spain and France have reported 6043 and 4499 cases respectively.
India is at the fifth position in this list which has witnessed 105 cases in the third week where only three cases were reported in the first week.
