A baby less than months old is undergoing surgery in Delhi. Doctors said the baby needed a lot of breast milk for immunity. But, the baby's mother is in Leh, Ladakh. As she had a caesarean delivery, she can't move to Delhi to breastfeed her little one.

With this, the mother is sending her milk all the way from Leh to Delhi on the plane every day. If the milk is moved by road, it will take more time to reach. So, the parents put it in a small container and driving it from Leh in a flight.

The boy father Jikmet Wangdu has been going to IGI Airport to collect an icebox that reaches him from Leh in Ladakh.

The baby was born with a complication where both the windpipe and the food pipe were connected. He was moved to Delhi from Leh for the necessary surgery the very next day after his birth.

So, every morning the child's father Jikmet Wangdu waits for a flight from Leh at Delhi Airport. Wangdu has a friend who works at Leh Airport with the help of airlines staff, milk is delivered to Delhi on a daily basis.
