Revealing her inspirational story, Manya Singh said she belongs to Uttar Pradesh and her father is an auto-rickshaw driver. She landed in the financial capital Mumbai from Uttar Pradesh without a single rupee.
Without money in hand, she found it find to buy food also. To survive, she has managed to get a job at Pizza Hut. She didn't have her ID proofs with her. This didn't stop her from driving towards her goal.
Later, Manya Singh has worked at a call centre as well. She joined the job to focus on accent training, which helped her at the event.
Talking about winning the runner-up title, Manya Singh said it's an overwhelming moment as her hard work paid off finally. She said, she is not sure about how her future will be.
In her interview post the beauty pageant, Manya Singh said, due to her family's financial situation, they didn't have enough money for her school fees. Her mother had to mortgage her jewelry to pay school fees.
