By: Tupaki Desk | 9 Nov 2018 10:28 AM GMTFormer Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal is known for going to any extent for what he believes is right. He fought against the bifurcation of United AP in a similar manner. This Industrialist-turned-Politician created a sensation once again. This time, He stopped a search operation launched by police at his friend's place.
On Thursday night, Lagadapati rushed to Businessman GP Reddy's residence upon knowing about the arrival of police. He argued with the cops how could they conduct a raid without a search warrant and even tried to stop them from entering the house.
The Ex-MP accused police of harassing his Friend with late night searches though he is cooperating with the investigation of Civil Case. When a cop was speaking with his Senior Official, He snatched the phone and spoke over the line in a serious tone. He also blamed Inspector General of Police Nagi Reddy for the search operation.
GP Reddy was booked for allegedly trying to encroach the land of a police official with forgery documents. DCP Srinivas clarified that police have the right to question an accused at any time while carrying out the investigation.
