Mudragada Padmanabham expressed his happiness over AP Assembly passing Kapus Reservation Bill. He, however, found fault with the delay in doing so by the TDP Government.
The Kapu Crusader said: 'Look at KCR..He implemented Reservations for Muslims and Tribals without giving any scope for protests. Whereas, Chandrababu failed to do so by delaying it for almost four years'.
In addition, Mudragada disapproved the pulse survey figures pointing out Kapus Population is just 50 lakh. 'While the data of TDP Government shows the Kapus Population isn't more than 50 lakh, It is actually over Rs 1 crore in reality. We appeal Chief Minister to conduct a fresh survey and double the reservation offered to Kapus before claiming any credit,' says the former Minister.
Yet again, Mudragada made it clear Kapus just demanded the implementation of promise made in TDP Manifesto. He clarified Jaganmohan Reddy didn't fund the kapu movement. He claims to be not craving from any political mileage from the Kapu Movement.
