Mukesh Gets Richer, Anil Turns Poorer!

On an average, Mukesh Ambani's wealth has been increasing by Rs 187.9 crore per day in the past one year. Whereas, The wealth of his brother Anil Ambani kept reducing by Rs 14 crore per day during the same period.
In the Forbes Magazine's 100 Richest People list, Mukesh Ambani emerged as India's Richest Man for 11th Consecutive Year with a net worth of $47.3 billion (Rs 3,48,934.47 crore). While Mukesh increased his wealth by $9.3 billion in the last one year, Anil's wealth shrunk from $3.15 billion to $2.44 billion. He slipped to 68th position from 45th spot in an year.
Since the split of Ambani Family Business Empire in 2006, The wealth of Anil Ambani continued to decrease. In 2007, Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani had a net worth of $20.1 billion and $18.2 billion. While Mukesh's wealth kept growing, Anil's wealth continued to decline as the investments in media, telecom, defence and infrastructure hasn't yielded good results.
