Mumbai Stampede Victim molested?

Did a Man took advantage of the stampede which took place in Elphinstone Road Station in Mumbai to molest a Woman? Now, Cops were investigation whether the Man who appeared in the viral video was either misbehaving or helping the victims who were trapped.
DCP Rajiv Jain said the truth will be out once if they trace the man who was seen in the viral video. He confirms recording the statements of 35 people in connection with the stampede.
After a news daily reported that gold ornaments of the stampede victims were taken away, Police recovered some of the missing valuables and handed them over to the family members of the deceased. Hospital Ward Boys removed the gold prior to the Post-Mortem. Cops say rest of the ornaments might have gone missing during the stampede.
During the investigation, People told they stood on the staircase due to heavy rain and a crowd rushed towards them all of a sudden, which resulted in a stampede.
Death Toll of the Stampede reached 23. Railway Ministry offered Rs 5 lakh compensation to kin of each of the stampede victim.
