Murali Mohan always believed 'land bank' is immensely valuable and the returns it would bring can't be compared with any other business operation. Thanks to late 'Soggadu' Sobhan Babu who offered this piece of advise to the TDP Loyalist!
In the past two decades, Murali Mohan has constructed many housing projects in & around Hyderabad under the banner 'Jayabheri'. Some of his establishments include Jayabheri Enclave (Gachibowli - 17.4 acres), Jayabheri Pine Valley (Near IIIT Campus - 11.5 acres), Jubilee Enclave (Madhapur - 22.4 acre), Jaybheri Silicon County (Over 260 Apartments) and etc.,
Now, Jayabheri is going to make its presence near AP Capital Amaravati. AP State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) granted permission for 1.27 lakh square metre built-up area project in Kunchanapally village of Tadepalli mandal, Guntur district. Jayabheri's Residential Project will cover an area of 2.775 hectare.
Kunchanapally village doesn't fall in Land Pooling Area but its very close to the AP Capital region.
